ATM fraud

I used ATM of my wife at about 3.30 PM on 26 -3-2017. In the ATM cabin two person are also present. I try to use the ATM but transaction was not completed. One of person told me that this is new machine I will insert your card and you will get money but he fraudulently get my PIN and handover me another card . After that I leave the ATM cabin and about 9.39 PM when I reached home I came to know from my wife's phone that RS 34000 has been withdrawn from my wife's ATM. I also file written complaint in the police station next day about 10 am. How can get my money back from bank because police is saying we are not in a position to catch these people. Kindly help me to get my money back. Thanks for valuable suggestions

hve police questioned the guard as to why extra persons were present there.

File an application with the office of the commissioner of police of your city. And if the police department does not help you in getting your money, then you can certainly file a private complaint at the court u.s. 156(3) of CRPC. The court shall take a cognizance and direct the police to investigate the matter.. All the best.

‘The bank can share the CCTV footage and police can try to nab the fraudsters.
The other bank ATM from which withdrawal of Rs.34000/ was made can also share the CCTV footage and police can try to nab the fraudsters.
If ATM was busy you should have not entered the ATM.
You could have approached the bank if Debit card was not working properly.
