Dear Expert i am a Adivasi from Maharashtra & planning to buy some Adivasi land from adivasi person in Maharashtra,Please provide me the detail process involve in it.

1. Advasi Land (aka New Tenure Land) in its status-quo condition, is NOT saleable .OR. purchasable, by the Advasi or by anybody. The Title-Ownership of Advasi Land is vested with the State Govt., and not with the Advasi, who has been given ONLY "cultivatable rights" for his self-existence. PERIOD.

2. HOWEVER, Advasi Land can be Sold /Purchased to /by anybody, "AFTER" following due procedure of documentary proceedings at the local Collectors office.
