You have posted that:

" I have bought house where I was born &grew."

This should imply that the title of the house is on your name.

Isn't it!

This house earlier on name of my parental uncle,he was owner. I bought it from him. It is registered in my name.now I am the sole owner. In the past my uncle was owner. But he had allowed all my family members to stay in that house. That is way I was born that house.but my uncle was the owner. All the record of ownership I TMC, we're on my uncle s name. Now all record IN TMC are in my name. In 2007 I purchased this house, got registered on my name.

Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007
Provision of this act can be helpful to you.
Since already FIR and cases are going in Court better instead of listing to 10 Advocate and creating situation too many cooks spoils the food better go with one mind.

Additionally all documents are required to be examined in your case

Actually my main question is despite the cout cases, civil and Criminal, being the owner of house, with all the documents, can I go to the DC district to get my house evicted, under the new ruling given on March 12017 (twitter, lawyerclubindia)about the evication of house owned by senior citizens, with out court & it's verdict. The ruling says, through this ruling, intension of court is,with out time consuming &expensive procedure of court case, administrative power of DC of district is empowered to get eviction. I found my lawyer and many other, are unaware of the ruling.

Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007 does offer inexpensive and speedy disposal.
Also go thru the rules framed by your state………….

DC may not proceed as the matter. Nothing wrong to try through Senior citizen helpline of the district..

file court case for eviction. Prey the court for early hearing as you are senior citizen.
