Dear sir,
My father died on 2006 and he leave 2 will.
1- giving share to her sister. (1995)
2- giving share to her sister , son , and daughter.(2002).
In 2006 when father died the property is transferred to son and mother. Dakhil Kharij has taken place in 2007. Nobody probate the will.
Now in 2008 mother give some share to father sister.
In khasra - khatauni son , mother, and father sister name is updated in 2008.
Now father daughter in 2017 - October is asking for their share as per will.
The question is that the will is applicable now , as the owner are already changed in 2008. Dhakhil Kharij has taken place in 2008.
Or son and mother have to give their share to sister or sister now can probate the will.

Plz advice.

Later will is applicable.

Beneficiary can claim their share on the basis of latest will of the deceased, if not given their due share.

If Dakhil Kharij has taken place in 2008 ,how can be will can be probate in 2017 .I think will is applicable before Dakhil Kharij when father died.
