I told him that, before 2year (in 2015) ,initially all the agriculture land has single owner which is my grandfather . my grandfather want to include the name of (my father and my uncle ( regarding agriculture land) in the agriculture land.
Dear Sir, my question is :- during the transfer of name in the year 2015 , no stam duty pay by my grandfather. So that process is either legal or not. (In the current condition the land consist three name :- my father, my uncle and my grandfather .)
