If you are a party to the case you are entitled to get it free of cost from investigating officer in the Trial Court.
However you may seek certified copy of PM and investigation report from concerned State Public Information Officer/ Deputy Commissioner of Police or Senior Superintendent of Police u/s 6 of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
If you are not a party to the case you cannot get it.

In fact your single moto is to comment and target experts of the site rather to contribute.

Your advice for me is also childish one, when you have not shared knowledge on the issue, if any you have. If you could not help the querist, where was the justification of your post?
