Adiwasi land shall not be purchased by others except adiwasis.

Adiwasi land is special category of land , Non adiwasi can not deal with that land in any form . All land transfered from adiwasi to non adiwasi till 2034 , it can return back to adiwasi family back etc.

Conversion of agriculture to non-agriculture this is another topic. Don't mix two different terms

Means this land is owned by tribal irrespective for what purpose they use house , agriculture , forest or anything
