I was born in Tamilnadu(chennai), my birth certificate is of tamilnadu but raised in Karnataka. I'm from agamudayar caste which is not present in the central list of obc Karnataka but it is present in the central list of tamilnadu. I'm seeking for admission in JIPMER central government institute

I'm seeking for admission in JIPMER central government institute.
