SELF FILED A CASE IN AP COURT IN 2009. MY LAST HEARING IS IN 2014. AFTER THAT THERE IS NO LISTING TILL DATE FOR HEARING. MY ADVOCATE SAYS SHORTAGE OF JUDGE ETC. HE IS NOT SHOWING ANY INTEREST AND NOT REPLYING PROPERLY AND THE CASE IS STILL PENIND. I LOST HOPE ON LEGAL SYSTEM AND SELF HARASSED BY THE MANAGEMENT SINCE SELF ALONE LEFT OUT IN THE CASE AND REMAING MY WORKING STAFFS GOT JUDGEMENT FROM SUPREME COURT AND GOT THE RIGHT POST WITH PROMOTION.

Was there any specific reason to post your query as an anonymous person? There is nothing to hide in your case? Mostly academic queries, not real problems are posted by students keeping themselves anonymous.

Approach another very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Labor/service matters and having successful track record ….. and worth his/her salt …and discuss in person and even with seasoned PIP and proceed in best of your interest.. ASAP.
For such counsels; Check at LOCAL Labor courts/CGIT, School-Educational tribunal, CAT, Civil Courts, HC,SC……..
and you may understand the reason for not succeeding while other succeeded.
Change of Lawyer may also help.
If mater was same/similar the judgments in other cases may provide some relief to you.
Check with counsel as already suggested..

If your lawyer is not showing interest or not cooperating with you remove him and engage another lawyer. Once it is decided your case is over if it results in dismissal you too can approach first HC and later SC and get the right post with right right promotion... You after appointing a new lawyer along with him mention for a early disposal of case in court5 as already there is too much delay..Trial court may consider.

Ms. Usha Kapoor has provided you a good lolly pop without knowing the real problem. You may take advantage of that, if you can. Otherwise, uncertainty is always there in the legal system, mostly contributed by the lawyers or the shortage of judges. If ventured to file a case in the court, must be ready to bear with its rigors.

the postor entity (with multiple fake ID's many of which have been permanently blacklisted and shunted out) at 2nd post and then thereafter has been properly educated what does IT and entities that clings to IT's tail, has been licking and can lick daily....
One more multiple fake ID of quack IT=@PSD has disappeared...into natural oblivion..
IT=@PSD has been =NIL,ZERO as usual from day 1 under all of IT's multiple fake ID's, in this thread also
