Tranfer of rights in property

My mothers family had lease hold property , my grandmother & grandfather died----My mother inherited rights in the property, Now my Mother has also died & ibeing only son-inherited her Rights in Property. Now my shares 1/16, can I transfer my Rights to Third Party (Nobody in Family is Ready to buy my rights).Also Income tax to be paid on stamp duty document???

Whether your mother was the only LR of your grand-parents to inherit their property? Similarly you are the only LR of your mother? How do you calculate your 1/16th share?
