Hi,
My wife has filed falls cases against me and my parents ours was an intercaste mirage i.e love mirage under their and my parents blessings in aryasamaj.
Over a period of time she demanded unreasonable demands and asked me not to support my parents financially they are aged senior citizens and I am the only son we are staying in rented house I am the only source of income to the entire family so I decided her demands she failed false cases on us now sections as follows.
First 125 after a month DV after attending those within a month on 19th Nov I filed 9C on 20th Nov now she has filed 498a,406,420,323,307,120B
What do I do now and all her clames are false and I can provide few evidence.

Fight out all cases and try to get order in your your favor so that the ground of cruelty is available to you for seeking dissolution of marriage by decree of divorce from her.
Section 9 HMA for restitution of conjugal rights is not serving much purpose to you after all her acts of cruelty because if you continue with that case in the end it will amount your condoning her acts of cruelty which you will make ground for divorce.

Asking not to support your parents is big cruelty apart from this she has also filed various other cases, so appoint good advocate and fight out cases. You can file divorce case against her.

In such situations one should;
Try with help of elders of the family, well wishers, mediators if matter can be resolved, all differences can be creased and marriage can be saved and all complaints can be withdrawn.
Or refute allegations and get clean chit in inquiry and get acquitted from court.
Or separate by MCD
Or call the bluff and separate by contested divorce..
You have posted that you have some evidences.
IT is good if you have prudent and convincing evidences.
Share these with your own very able LOCAL counsel.
One should not run to courts empty handed and must approach with clean hands.
A good counsel will not rush the client to courts empty handed and unclean hands…….and shall counsel for the irrefutable evidences and unshakable witnesses.

If you are unable to resolve then; You may take help for any matter from, elders of your family, competent and experienced well wishers, seasoned PIP’s, helpgroups, community leaders, NGO’s, experienced colleagues, associations, religious scholars/leaders, influential persons, Employee’s/Trade union leaders, help groups for spouses (Husband/wife) etc and find a very able LOCAL counsel specializing in concerned filed of law e.g; Family/ Civil matters as in your case, and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules, precedence, latest judgments etc …. and worth his/her salt, can advise you after examining all case related docs, inputs, evidences on record.
Obtain proper legal opinion in writing!
