RCR and Null and void

Dear Madam/Sir
My wife applied for annulment of marriage on the grounds of fraud and I have applied for rcr.Now she is not giving Her WS in my rcr case.if the rcr given ex parte to me.Can she take divorce after the period of 1 year and withdraw Her petition of null and void?shall it be easy for Her to get the divorce after the rcr declared ex parte?I don't want to give Her divorce easily.pls guide for the same

Defend her annulment petition now as well divorce petition when she file after one year of RCR decree, wait for court order, she won't get out of your life so easily unless you both agree for divorce by mutual consent.

RCR notice is a time tested tool to compel wife to raise true/false complaint of dowry/domestic violence against husband with family including married/unmarried brother/sisters wit/without their spouse. This way husband leaves her with no choice but to spoil his family even if she does not want to do so.

This forum is full of such cases where husband with parents/siblings faced such criminal charges.
After visiting jails people realise that the situation inside Indian Jails is not as rosy as shown in movies and the cops are also comedians in movies which is not in actual life.
