my relative ria pledged her gold with sbi . as on her default . sbi filed a suit for recovery . while suit is pending ria and sbi compromised to sell the gold . now sbi filed another suit for recovery of interest as it was not recovered through sale . ria says that sale is the end of it . is the suit for interest maintainable

The interest on loan amount shall be repaid to the bank. so request the bank authorities to allow some time to repay the interest amount.
