Divorce and abortion records

(Querist) 23 March 2010 This query is : Resolved
Greetings,

There is a divorce case in the family court put up by the wife. It is a muslim marriage of approx. 20 years. The wife has also mentioned that in the last 7 to 9 years they have not bedded each other.

In around 5 years ago the husband had got a call from a certain hospital from the wife and the doctor that she has to be aborted. It was a shock for the husband and he did not respond to the call to well. The wife got aborted and also went home and took the money from the husband to give to her friend who had helped her.

Husband had kept quiet for the sake of the children. Now that this has been mentioned in the petition of not bedding each othet for 7 to 9 years. Then how was the abortion to take place. The hospital is is know to the husband vaguely as he remembers the address mentioned in those years. It is a hospital where abortions take place.

The family matter case is yet to start. The husband wants the records from the hospital and this is after a period of approx 5 years. He does not want to go through a court order or a detective as he is only 90% sure of the hospital.

How else is it possible to obtain the records from the hospital without letting the entire world know about it or they could manuplate the records. Is there otherwise a safe and legal system besides the above. At present even the husband would not like to be in the upfront.

Kindly advise as this is very crucial in the divorce matter.

You have to apparoch the workers in the hospital, who can have access to the record section. By influencing them you can getr them unofficially.
