i am working in firm of very known person for many years, but being known person and present job scenario - he is harassing me to work on all days (incl sat & sunday, govt holidays/festival) even not allowing permission for 1 hr for personal work, i myself and my family is mentally upset. i don't how to go about in future.

Either you should adjust to the conditions of work or dispute it. If you are working for a private company, chances of your litigating as an individual is not advisable as you may loose your job on one count or the other. More over you say the owner is known person which implies that you would not want to take his wrath.
You may legally fight for your rights but not advisable under the circumstances explained by you.
The best course for you is to be on the lookout for a job and as soon as you get one, quit this job.

Since the employer is known to you, first amicably apprise your hardships and if that is not proving any solutions, Rao Sir's advise is the last resort. But, you can represent the matter to labour commissioner in writing and seek redressal to improve the service conditions and document them as terms and conditions of employment.
