I agree with Mr. Makkad that the future is bright but as I have repeatedly commented on this forum that IT Act or the cyber law consists of only 90 Sections (94 sections earlier) and a lawyer of basic capability will go through and gain expertise in cyber law within 2 days. But here more important than law is the technology and knowledge of computer engineering. I think if you have a science or engineering background then you would have an edge over others. I face the same problem, as I am from non science background and in many cases pertaining to IT law I feel myself handicapped and I have to depend upon others to understand the technical aspects. That's why I do not call myself cyber lawyer though I have dealt with cyber law cases.

I add something in the opinion of Panda. We can also learn scientific aspects coming in the way of aforesaid field within days as at least working of computer and its connected function is very easy to learn within a short period.

There is nothing to regret for any non-science students to get adapted in Cyber Law. In fact, student of humanities have better adaptability when it comes into the question of learning scientific aspects and IT and Cyber law related issues are no exception. But one must be tech-savvy and should hesitate to google out to extract inputs from internet without depending on others even on technical aspects of IT. This is my humble opinion as an IT professional
