R.R. KRISHNAA (Expert) 14 April 2010
The legal representatives of the deceased can be admitted as partners and the partnership firm can continue accordingly unless there is any clause contrary in the partnership deed.
Guest (Expert) 14 April 2010
The partnership firm disolve unless there is any clause contrary in the partnership deed.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 14 April 2010
It depends upon the clauses of the deed. It shall be better to study the particular partnership deed rather asking general question on a specific matter.
