It is the long demand of lawyers as well as all other relevant sections of the society to make the judges accountable towards public and judicial accountability is must.

Your points are seen practically everywhere. I suggest till the new propose enactment comes in operation, we should raise such complaints in writing to the higher judicial officers incharge of that particular district and also should bring this fact to CJ of that particular HC. Various disciplinary actions have also been taken these days against such corrupt judges.

Use of the Right to Information Act can help in such situation.

Also there must be video recordings of all the proceedings in court rooms.

make a complaint to the concerned high court, make sure your other colleagues support you...a mass action by lawyers certainly brings some result.
