Age of retirement

Hi everybody. Could anyone tell me in which act the age of retirement is mentioned for employees.

As the age for deducting pension from an employees salary is said to be 58 years.

Please help.

Service Rules contains the age of retirement of employees. Each state shall have its own policy for age of retirement and in accordance with that would fix superannuation age in its Civil Service Rules.

In private sector Certified Standing Order or By-Law will give you the clear matter. either it may 58 yrs or 60 yrs. depends.
