Last 2 year ago I have married with my beloved Neelam in Durga Mandir, than we decided that we will go to our home separately and would try to convince our parents that now we are married but after 5 month of this marriage Neelam has gave-up due to strong oppose of her family, her father has done her abortion, and make strong obstructions with her, Now they are planning for her marriage. How can I stay?
I have only (1) Marriage albem (2) An affidavit of marriage (3)Friends, who were on marriage.

in view of what you have stated,what is the point in blocking the said marriage?
If you cannot sort out the issues amicably,it is better to stay away from her life,thereby saving both of your peace of mind.

The moot point of your query is whether your wife will succumb to the family pressure or will react otherwise. Accordingly you can strategise your next course of action. More than anything you need self conviction and self belief in you to take on the odds.

Your first problem is to prove the marriage and the next problem is how to bring her to matrimonial home. If she is more than 18 years of age at the time of marriage, then you follow the advice suggested by Sh. Sachin Bhatia. But before following the suggestion of Sh. Sachin, you have to seriously consider what Mr. Daksh was saying.
