Is there possible that compromise in IPC Act 120 B $ 406.

The offence is non compoundable. Do not mix between compromise and compounding of the offences as the parties may reach to a compromised so that the accused may avoid conviction.

1. Both sections of IPC are non - compoundable.

2. If both parties reach a settlement then Quash before HC is possible based on agreed terms otherwise contest the same to prove your innocence.
