sir thank u vry much for the suggestions. under which law and under which provision I can approach the court for declaration or partnership or dissolution of partnership or for rendition of accounts. more particularly i want to claim damages from the others and not to sell it to the purchaser. purchaser obstructing me to get transimission signals from the neighbouring village operator. sir please let me know the exact provisions to get stopped that process and injunctions against the respondents soon.
