If the subject matter of the suit in within the jurisdiction of more than one court then the suit can indeed be filed in the court where any portion of the suit property situates provided the court does have pecuniary jurisdiction of the entire suit property as section 17 of CPC provided for.

Plaintiff may file the suit in the court having jurisdiction of any one of the property and suit schedule properties could be both included in that suit. It is as per CPC and no separate citation is required.

In case of landed property, a suit has to be filed in the court where the property is situated, but where there are more than one landed property & on different locations but between the same parties, one suit may be filed with the leave of the court.
