Perjury applications are moned u/s 340 only , it is clearly specified in the act.

Yes it is filed u/s 340 for the purpose of inquiry by the court and in the same complaint the allegations under so many offences as mentioned in the query above can be alleged.

on a private complaint filed by a relative of mine, I have been summoned by acourt under sections 193,195 ,196, 209 and 120 IPC and after precharge evidence , the case is now fixed for framing of charges.Procedure as given in section 340 and 195(!)b has not been followed.what should be my line of arguments. please advise.
