Tips to get Early Disposal of Cases ????

Can you please give some general tips to me,a layman litigant, for avoiding delay and getting early disposal of my court case ???

Apprise all the truthful facts related to the case to your advocate which is the only source for early disposal of any case for that matter. Further all evidences must be mustered from genuine sources giving no room for ambiguity. This would make the job of your advocate very easy to argue and present his points to the court.

give proper instructions to your advocate as and when necessary. Express your feel to get disposal early to the Court. If required by the Court, better to appear before Court without fail.
