Death Certificate as Evidence

My father died on 7th August 1973 and neceesary death certificate was issued by the local municaplity. In a civil case regarding property issue for evidence has come up and apart from my evidence. can yje court call department concern of the person issuing death certificate about 30 yrs back or is it regarded as a Public document and if the other party disbileve the authenticity the onus lies on him to prove that is is bad in law.

no further evidence is required, firstly it is issued by the public authority secondly it is more than 30 years old. in both circumstances, it is presumed to be admissible.
