Can the experts guide me to find out all the legal decisions affecting bankers with regard to Civil Suits, SARFAESI, DRT, Lok Adalat, Banking Ombudsman, etc. Any website reference will do. Is there any single database hosting my requirement. This would help me for an extensive Research work.

To my knowledge, there is no such single source available.
I also feel this is not much tough to find, bcoz only a few such sites are available listing judgments.
Hence u can get it easily, if u google it.
I have collected such orders by SC, HCs on property matters, disciplinary matters and still I am collecting

That is great. It is nice to have a zero database and develop an unique website on our own porting all such important documents in the public domain for the benefit of all. That project is technically feasible. This would also generate employment to many to market the site in the banking industry. Any takers?

Nice idea.
It is possible and feasible.
But the only thing is the availability of time. Now-a-days, answering questions in sites like LCI becomes a big task.
So slowly one has to collect the data, create database and act as you suggested.

I request you to continue thinking like this in lateral direction.
Bcoz, this itself is a good motivation to others, any person can get idea from your thoughts and do something use ful to him and society.
I have seen many of ur posts in a different style. some post have been criticised.

Yes. Innovation has been my bread and butter all these 25 years of my public life. Bouquets and Brickbats are the part and parcel of any career. I welcome all constructive criticism to take a step further for progress rather than confining to perverted thoughts which compromises quality value additions. Even LCI could think of porting a seperate link to accumulate exclusive and dedicated database on all legal decisions affecting bankers so that lakhs of bankers will become regular visitors of the site for any reference. Then very soon we would have at least 5 lakh hits per day.
