1. In a criminal complaint in a summon case filed by a person other than state. the learned lower court accuited the accused. in which court the appeal should be filed. what is the time limit for filing of appeal against accuittal

2. In a complaint under section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, if accused is accused by trial court then in which court appeal against accuital shall be filed and what is the time limit for filing of appeal against acuittal.
