defamatory and abusing comments by experts

After I talked to an expert on phone advised by himself, I got started receiving defamatory, demoralising and abusing comments by some experts.
Will anybody help in this situation?
Is it permissible and is there any way to get the real ID of such people?
They are blocking my chances to get a legal aid from this site and getting personal.
Experts should follow my queries.

If its really happening then it is serious. Are you receiving comments on this site or elsewhere. Basically you should ask the concerned the reason for such behaviour. May be you have hurt him. I do not know that. You may request the administrator of this site to disclose the identity of that expert.

I feel as a virtual site,it is better not to make any personal contact over telephone etc with members,if otherwise not known personally.

Dear Mr. Harivanshsai, I did talk to you a couple of times and gave you my sincere advice. I don't think I ever made any abusive comments to you either during phone conversation or while replying to you (in fact I never replied to you except stating that I doubt that several threads in this LCI seems to relate to one and the same problem - which you confirmed and then you sent PM and we talked) abused you over phone. Please quote the url if any posted by me containing any abusive comments. I will be the first person to unconditionally apologies for such uncalled for behaviour by me if any.

I agree with Mr. Mehendrakumar. Now from hindsight, I sincerely feel, that I should not have talked over phone. I have learnt my lessson - but unfortunately in a hard way.

You can represent to the admin in this regard. The experts can not help you,except suggest to you.
If you are receiving such defamatory ,demoralising and abusing comments, you can take legal action and the same can be reported to your police.I would like to suggest admin to take ID of all members of this forum to avoid such incidents.

Mr Ramchandran please do not get agitated. There are no of such people on this site who due to their own mistakes are not able to get any relief from legal system than they start abusing the advocates. SINCE THEY ARE IN NO MOOD TO FACT THE TRUTH.

My sincere advise to the experts, don't encourage the telephonic advise. At the most let them send any PM or contact over email.

please dont entertain any client over telephone unless and until persoanally know him. i am agree with Mr.Mahendra kumar
