need help under section12(A)domestic violence

Respected sir,

sir if the property which is bought from the life long savings(PF & Gratuity) of the father can court take dicision even on that property.

You must understand that PF and Gratuity are alone exempt from court proceedings. But if the nature of the property is changed then the said exemption will not be applicable.
