respected sir,
i want ur help in bringing my brothers murder case in medias lime light actually the fact is that its around 8months of my brothers death but still the have not got registered in court so plz help us by telling us some points via which we can bring the case in medias limelight plz help us sir.............

Instaed of trying to draw the media's attention and engage a good lawyer and ask him to either file a Writ against Police inaction or a complaint u/s156(3)crpc in the court of the competent Magistrate.

respected sir,
actually the fact is that one of the culprit had submitted his froad documents in behalf to prove himself juvenille and that case had taken a lot of time to be solved and now he found to be faulty
but now around one and half month has passed after the decision yet court have not registered the murdered case and start hearing on this thats why we want to bring the case in medias limelight and one thing more which i want to ask is that could the lawyer or victims family got the postmartum report by any source??????????
plz help me out sir.........
