Producing audio recording in 498a

How to present audio tape in court of law in 498a case .
Do i need to create transcript of the same.
Is is it consider vaild proof in court of law.

No, transcript has no relevance. At the time of evidence you need to exhibit the audio tape recorded in a CD or Pen drive. If it is objected by the prosecution then you have apply for sending this to FSL to determine its authenticity and on submission of report of the FSL the sad tape would be marked as exhibit.

do I need produce tape at start of case or I can do it after testimony is given by wife side and her witnesss.

If i produce the tape start of case then they would not lie and I cannot file prejury just based on false FIR case or can I.

you can produce the same at the time of producing evidence.
