Dear Sir,
my queries is as follows : -
A) there is some problem to take our residential land with our neighbors actually our land's some portion (near about 4ft wide & 18ft long) is coming in neighbors land and he is not ready to give us back as we had measure it 2 times ... and this same is still running ...
B) between this, my neighbors met with village's hawaldar (police's person) and they (hawaldar & neighbors) meet with my father, they told him that police station in charge (DAROGA) is calling you beside of this by cheating of them my father gone to the met with daroga (i strongly believe that he given them some money as bribe) but he without anything asking without any reason he start to lathi charge (bitten up) my father and he under medical treatment i have all medical report etc .....
sir my question is following that : -
1) what i should do in above "A" case ??
2) what action i should take against Daroga in B case??

As regards A, you may issue a legal notice to your neighbor asking him to vacate the illegal encroachment of ur land within a specified time. Most probably ur neighbor would give a reply denying the allegation. In the light of the reply ur advocate will decide the further action-mostly to file a suit for declaration and injunction.
As regards B, you may consider filing a complaint with the Asst. Commissioner of police or even the District Commissioner of Police against the misbehavior of the Daroga. But pl take care the Daroga may not keep quiet. He may trouble u people in several ways including filing of false cases against u people.

Sir, in ur 2nd reply i would like to write that its not a misbehavior case its a one type of dadagiri because our neighbor has given him some money as bribe that's why he start bitten without any reason .
he has just forget that what is his duty as may court will resolve the matter and their order will be final decision, but he is taken law in his hand and given a wrong punishment to a innocent person....
Sir actually i want to teach him a lesson that what is result for bitten up a innocent people...

File a private complainant of criminal trespass and file a declaration and possession suit. Give a complainant to human rights commission also
