IT IS "CAVEAT" once filled and served ,the court does not pass exparte orders. Its life is 90 days.It means caution ,in law,a legal notice to a court or public officer to suspend a certain proceeding until the notifier is given a hearing.

Caveat is valid for 90 days from the date of filing. If the insurance company filed any appeal in that time, you should be given notice in the said matter
