Deed giving terrace rights

Sir,

Can yoy provide me the draft for traferring terrace rights of my house to my counsin.

Further for executing deed of relinquishment in respect of property belonging to my father, who expired in 1990, is it necessary to first obtain succession certificate and then execute the deed of relinquishment or straighaway we can execute the deed of relinquishment.

advisable to obtain succession certificate first . then execute deed of relinquishement .

for draft of relinquishement deed contact your lawyer as it would depend upon facts and circumstances of each case

Please try to understand, if you use ready made draft, it would be harmful. It is better to sit with local lawyer and tell all facts, he would do best for you.
