Divorce, property purchase after seperation

Hi all, please advise if some one's divorce case in court since last 2 yrs (2009), and husband has no any property till their separation he is also paying monthly maintenance charges monthly as fixed by court Rs. 2000, but divorce is still not done, now husband has purchased a flat on loan in 2012. Please advise can wife file a case to get the share of this property also.

the court finalised your case, otherwise you will liable to pay or shares. the wife have rights to claim.

Wife has no right to claim in the flat which has recently been purchased by husband on loan not through joint efforts of couple.
