HELLO! I want to know if any student failed in AIBE exam of 2012 and before that he already submitted the undertaking in bar council. can he has to submit another undertaking for practising in court. or can first undertaking is applicable till june, 2012 exam. Let me know this thing very soon.....

Thanks! but he can appear in court also na? i hope so because there is stay on aibe exam. so who failed in previous exam they can appear till the next exam. reply soon
