Eve teasing

sir, a person who is delivery boy of my neighbour, haresing me by eve teasing also he is following me wherever i go i suspect my neighbor is involved , i file a complaint with police on 26-9-2011,but they didn't register any fir,also the police havent take any action against him. what can i do now, p
s help me.

Where is the case?

Most places police have anti-stalking helplines.

If police is not acting, the move court for the same.
I have no problem with God, it's His fan club I can't stand.

Law is nothing but a common sense. Tit for tat is also a best reply to some unresolved questions. Take strict action against him yourself with the help of your family members or friends and let him feel sorry for his all objectionable actions.
