(Querist) 18 May 2012 This query is : Resolved 
A trust property is to be mortgaged to a Financer.Charity comm. has given the nesessory permition for the same.However,specific mention regarding property or mortgage is not included in the respective order.Whether Mortgage is valid and enforceable?
