Husband kill wife

Respected sir/madam

If Husband Kill her wife because she was an affair with a person as he known about her relationship.(marriage life 6 years)
After kill her wife , he surrendered to the police immediately.

Is there any remedies available to the accused person from the court.

Ooh, yes! he will be released on bail after 90 days, if police failed to submit the charge sheet within 90 days! he shall be allowed to defend himself by appointing a lawyer during trial and if he is lucky enough his lawyer may prove the case as culpable homicide not amounting to murder and he shall be convicted min 3 years if his lawyer made it as culpable homicide not amounting to murder!!!!!!

But if his lawyer failed to made it as culpable homicide not amounting to murder he shall be convicted for life imprisonment !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
