Division of father's property by daughter

Sir,
I want to know how a daughter claim her share in Father's Property from other legal heirs of her decreased father, SHe also wants not to appoint any lawyer for this as her financial position is weak,

write letter to other legal heirs asking for share in your father property as your father died without leaving a will .

if other legal heirs refuse to give you a share you will have to contact a lawyer
