can u please advise me if the real builder has filed the case against the builder who wants to acquire his land in high court. wil dat affect the sra building project of real bilder on that particular land.
since the case on adminssion status in high court.

thk u for your prompt reply. the problem is that real builder whos owner has entered in llp agreement for devloping sra building of slum dweleller. nw the agreement of committee members with builder developer already done and sra registration no also we have got... but our builder has filed case in high court against aquisition. so wil that project will be commenced or pending the hearing the developer can nt develpr. please advise

if builder makes out a case court may garnt him a stay for further construction . it is necessary to go through the case papers to advise

If it is so then the court is unlikely to pass any injunction order.
Without seeing the case papers giving replies on the merit of the case is really very difficult.
