I married a girl in good faith who told me that she is a divorcee. Now I have come to know she is not divorced. Please advise what to do

If your wife is not divorcee, this should be a matter of proud for you. where is the problem with you?

She is married. She has two daughters. She is not legally divorced.

You had not posted the facts in your earlier post in the manner those are required.

In the given facts, your marriage is a nullity. Apply for nullity of the marriage. You may also file a criminal case against your alleged wife.

Dear Querist
if you are hindu then file a civil suit for annulment of Marriage u/s 11 or 12 of Hindu Marriage Act.
you have right to file a criminal case too
