Cruelty by wife and her parents

HI experts
My wife put 498A (6 month back) and DV case after 3 months of filing 498A in her home town right now DV case is running.
I and my old parents got mentally disturbed by travelling 600kms in a month my job is also in risk....
Now I would like to know few things pls advise.
In her complain she ha mentioned that i want to give her divorce and we thrown her out which is totally wrong but the fact is she left the house because her unlawful demand has not been fulfiled.
1.Now I would like to give her divorce, can i give her divooce as my lawyer is saying it will dilute your case and also going to reflect your negativity, what shall i do....
2. How much(maintenece)can be order by court as i am earning 60000 per month.
She is also software engineer but she left the job immediately before filing DV case just to get maintainece.

Dear Querist
due to filing false cases against you and your family members you can file the divorce case on cruelty.
the court may pass an order for maintenance & the maintenance may be approximately 25% interim & 33-35% final. if you are not able to prove that she is able to maintain herself.

Sir actually these terms are new to me will you please eloborate what is this "interim 25% and "33-35% final"
What i perceived is till the case is going on i have to pay almost 25% of my salary and almost 33% of my salary after the final verdict of court.

what nadeem ment was 25%of your montly income . in other words around Rs 15,000 per month could be awarded . however if you are able to rprove that your wife is highly qualified and was working earlier she wont get any maintenance

in practical practice the court pass an order for interim maintenance to wife approximately 25% of husband's income/salary and 33% in final order.
