No Pension is payable to you.

About compassionate appointment you were adequately guided yesterday by us so no more discussion.

About gratuity you can raise a question:

Has gratuity of deceased employee so and so
has been paid to his heirs?

If yes!How?Give details.

If No! Why?give details.

Family Pension would be admissible to your minor sister till she attains the prescribed age my the defence authorities or the date of marriage, whichever is earlier. Being major in age, no family pension would become admissible to you.

Gratuity becomes admissible only to the nominee of the employee. If no mominee was made by your father or your mother was the nominee, you will have to apply on prescribed form for claim of gratuity along with death certificate of your mother and father and succession certificate, as granted by the court of law. You can ask for the prescribed forms for family pension and gratuity from the HQ of the Pension sanctiong authority. Nobody would pay you automatically, unless applied for by you with necessary documents duly countersigned by the supervising authority of your father.

About compassionate appointment, you may better send your reminder to your earlier application and also ask for supply of the prescribed application form, as you will be required to apply on that form. Through RTI, you can get only information about your case, but not the appointment.

agreed with Mr Dhingra.

You have no claim on pension or compassionate appointment.

You are not even entitled to use the benefits you received (even if nominee) as you have to share it with your sister.
