1) I have a call list of a Mobile to prove my claims in the lower court, but the call list was received as a Excel file to my mail id. I took the help of a private detective/friend at mobile service provide company to get the call list of the mobile.Can I submit the call list by taking a print out from the excel file and submit it before the court? IF not what else can i do to prove that the mobile call list is genuine?
2) I also had a video to prove my claims that I was assaulted by a person. The video was taken by my Mobile phone with camera. But the file in my mobile is being deleted. Luckily I had it copied to my laptop. So can I make DVDs of the video and present it before the court? If not what else can i do to prove that the video is genuine?

1. If the call list is sent to you by the mobile phone company, then you can sub,it the print put. Else not.
2. Yes you can submit this too but it can be admitted only if the it after tests found to be genuine.

Both the evidence can be produced in the court. But they need to be corroborated by other evidence.
