This query is : Resolved
My maternal grandfather and grandmother died one year ago, they have divided their property before their death between their 5 son and themselves, however they have 5 son and 2 daughter.
Now the property which still belong to maternal grandfather and grandmother should be divided between all 7 children or the 2 daughter,
Is there any possibility to divide the remaining property of maternal grandfather and grandmother divided between 2 daughter only or re-distribution of all the accumulate property again which was divided earlier between 5 sons and divide all the property between 7 children equally.
One of the daughter husband have worked in their hotel for more than 17 years @ INR 1500 per month as a manager which is far below than the minimum wage act , but from last year he left that work because of mutual dispute so under considering this situation do they claim anything more .
Kindly advise in brief what are the possibilities and probability for the 2 daughters

The property of late MGF and MGM would be divided equally among all the legal heirs.
The person worked as Manager can get extra from property, only on mutual agreement.

The balance of property which remained with the grandparents will be shared equally among all their 7 legal heirs. The other property already partitioned will or cannot be included in the remaining balance.
