What type of case?
If husband proves that wife left her marital home willingly, she would be disentitled to get maintenance.

If the wife has voluntarily abandoned the company of her husband and her matrimonial house without any valid reason, she will be certainly not entitled to claim maintenance from her husband. If the husband wants to resume his matrimonial life with his wife, he can file a RCR case.
