Hi
This is Vinod.I would like to know that can a builder or developer contruct a building by applying a NA application OR without having a NA order.
In our case the building is under construction & as per builder NA has applied but till date NA order is not recd.
Pls advise & in such a case what to do next.

Legally construction cannot be raised without obtaining the prior permission of the concerned authorities by builder but practically NA is managed by them by hoock or croock even at belated stage.

It should be received before starting construction, builder arrange these due to their tactics.

The answer depends on the prevailing local laws. Land and land revenue is a State subject. Pl. see Section 44 of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

Dear All,
My property is located in Miraroad,dist-thane,local authority is Mira-Bhayander mahanagar palika.
Below are my queries.
1) Building is under contruction & builder is demanding for money & banks are not providing home loans due to non-availablity of NA.In such case what sgould i do.
2) Also pls advise normally NA taoe how much time & how should i find out the status of the same.
