Hi friend s please help me employment bond for 2 years is it valid or not please with case laws.

Employment bond is very much valid. It was held in several cases that if the employer has incurred expenses in providing training to an employee, such cost can be recovered from the deserted employee. For latest case laws visit supremecourt website.
